You are not satisfied with a product and want to return your order? As a registered customer, you can simply log in to your customer account and add your return to the respective order under Orders.

Guests please use the form below. You will receive an email with a link to create your return. We will then check your return and contact you.

Please note that the costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. This does not apply to returns under warranty.
